Order Processing
- We process orders within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folders and/or contact us at 333gateway@gmail.com for further confirmation.
- Please review your order details and confirm all information being inputted before placing an order. Once the order has been placed, it cannot be edited by the customer.
- If there are any instant changes needed after checking out, please contact us as soon as possible through our email, 333gateway@gmail.com, for assistance. Once the order has been shipped, it is out of our control to change customer information.

- Once the order has been shipped, please allow up to 15-30 days for arrival.
